I think the Fed still has no other choice but still to raise rates. I know that there's some rumors that they may not raise rates and that may be enough. There are several elements that go into this. The central bank is more upbeat about the economy. The market expects the bank to raise interest rates next month. But I think the risks are for the bank to do more than that.

The prospect of rising interest rates in the major economies -- Europe, the United States and Japan -- has significantly damaged sentiment in the commodities market.
