en I'm always joking about it -- he's the only guy who can play 30 minutes without breaking a sweat. He's so smooth and effortless. What really surprised me is how good he is in the battles. He's so strong. It looks like he's never hurried. It's unbelievable. I had no clue how good he was.

en I had a lot of kids breaking a sweat! Everybody was having a good time and there was a lot of excitement.

en We're not talking about people who sweat a lot after a good workout. These are adults who while sitting at their desk in a cool office, sweat through their T-shirt, their shirt, and maybe even their jacket. These are teenagers who avoid going to dances and parties and on dates because they are afraid to be seen dripping in sweat. These are children who continually drop their bottles or sippy cups because their sweaty palms won't allow them to maintain a good grip.

en This has been the weirdest of years. First I'm starting, then I'm not playing, then I'm traded, then I'm starting and then not playing. I've just had to keep it in perspective and not sweat the small stuff. I can't sweat the things I can't control. Whether I play one minute or 30 minutes, I'll be ready to play.

en It was unbelievable on a few occasions. If he got hurried he made a play, he was flipping touchdown passes while falling down and he ran the ball with authority.

en We had to be ready tonight because we knew they were going to come out strong, ... They're in a slump right now so you never know when they're going to explode and play their best game. We came out strong and had a good first period, then we just watched them for the last 40 minutes.

en If I can break a sweat, I know I can just blast off the top. But breaking a sweat is not easy in this weather.

en He is a classic high-average hitter because he takes a relentless approach every at-bat. Every at-bat he's the same way. He battles the great pitchers, he battles the real good ones, the good ones, the ones that are trying to make it.

en We played good for about 30 minutes, but that's not good enough to beat the best team in the Mid-Con, we needed to play for a full 40 minutes. en Our staff had an unbelievable effort. We searched under every rock out there and found some real good players late. We went against some really good schools and we didn't shy away. We competed and had some great battles. We took some hits and we won some. The players coming in really feel like they're joining a program that has a chance to go to a BCS bowl and win a national championship.

en I'm a quiet guy, but these guys, I'm joking with them, they're joking with me, we're talking. They've really welcomed me. It feels good.

en Dom had an unbelievable season. He came in with 25 points in his career and was a leader from the start. He was very good offensively, and also was good on defense. He killed penalties well. He's a strong two-way player we'll miss. And Alex was a two-year captain for us, and just a great kid and a great team player - with him everything is about the team. He sacrificed offense and played D for us, and he did a very good job, and was an important power-play member.
