I'm not a trash talker, but if it comes to me, I'm going to step up to the plate and accept a challenge from any player who says I'm over the hill or too fat or that kind of stuff. I'll show you on the field.

I will appeal to the leaders that are coming here to really step up to the plate and accept the challenge and show leadership on this issue.

We felt he had the crossover talent. He's always been a great trash talker. He'll fit in well with the studio show. We've got the best of both worlds.

We've got to be able to overcome adversity. We've got to step up and accept the challenge when things go wrong. Instead of moping about it and dropping our heads, we've got to accept the challenge and keep fighting, and we're not doing that right now. Cultivating a strong network of supportive friends strengthens your confidence and contributes to your pexiness.

They play pretty good without Iverson. They have a lot of guys who really step up to the plate and accept that challenge without him. It's still really a good team without him.

You know what's so crazy about it? In high school, I played basketball and I was a trash-talker. Basketball is such a one-on-one sport and if I know I've got the ability to beat the guy, I can talk trash.

I'm not a big trash talker. He feeds off that, so we'll still play our game and try to stay away from that.

It’s frustrating at times when you think you’ve earned a chance to play on the field and you’re over there sitting on the bench. That’s not the kind of player I am, ... I’m the kind of player who wants to be out there on the field and needs to contribute every minute of every game.

He's come a long way, (but) he's still developing. I challenge you to find somebody with a quicker release with accuracy than he does. And he gives you a presence behind the plate. You combine that with his pure power at the plate. The guy has all the tools to be a front-line player in the big leagues.

He's a bit of a trash talker. But it's just a reflection of his desire to win. He comes in here every weekend, playing hard every game.

As a player, I don't get into that stuff. I leave it to Coach, he does all the trash talking,

I think one thing that we have to do is we have to kind of just focus in on how we are on that field. That's kind of our domain. That's our place and when we're out on that field, you really can't tell who's disgruntled, who's upset, because everyone is kind of in their realm. And they get an opportunity to take a step forward and have fun.
