He's still a great ordsprog

He's still a great player. He did great over the bags and the dummies and catching the ball - all the things that a running back needs to do. He just didn't run quite as fast as he would normally run in the 40. It's not that big of a deal.

He's a great player. He'd have to be (considered). Everything he does, it's scary when the ball is in his hands or around it --- throwing it, catching it and obviously running it. He's a fun player to watch when you're not playing him.

They're a very talented team. Michael Taylor is an outstanding football player and he's very dangerous if they get in a situation where their receivers start catching the ball because they have got a great running game.

Throughout spring ball and camp, I've always been a big supporter of Parrish. I think he's a great running back, does some great things. Not taking anything away from Thomas, but I think Parrish is talented. When Thomas comes back, I think we're going to be a high-powered, two-back offense.

I just didn't like the way he played ball the last two years at Tulane. You are what you are. He's a great player, and he'll be a great player once he plays total team ball and sells out for the team and not for himself.

He's still got a lot to learn. There are times when things are great. What happens sometimes when you have a great pass rush, (opposing quarterbacks) get rid of the ball very fast. When we're covering for seven seconds and he's back there running around with the ball, that's hard. That's what he brings to the table. He can run -- he runs a 4.4 -- so when he gets out there, you might have some trouble catching him. He's going to be an incredible player and he's a heck of an athlete. Hopefully, he turns out to be our Vince Young.

We just didn't give up. We came back and played with a great deal of passion and a great deal of heart.

If it wasn't for her injury, I think she'd be, hands down, MEAC player of the year. She's a great player. She's just incredible. She can do some many things with the ball and without the ball. She's a smart player.
