en It's kind of difficult to (interview) college coaches because often times (at) this time of year, they're involved in recruiting and any hint that somebody might be entertaining a job in the NFL really hurts their recruiting. So anything you do there you do in a back-door fashion.

That's something you can't coach. A lot of times when you are that big, you can't run. But she gets up and down the floor well and has nice hands. She catches just about everything that's thrown around her.

en I think that's part of the charm of recruiting. You can never get enough great players. It's just another way to inflict injury on your rivals. That's why recruiting is so important to some people. You're winning two times. You're getting a player and you're taking him away from somebody else.

en If you're recruiting against Southern California, Oklahoma or Miami, those are hard recruiting sells, ... There are a whole bunch of teams in those leagues who are never getting to a BCS game. I told our coaches, every one of you has a chance to win this league and get to a BCS game.
