en Design engineers are going to design the roadway to minimize impacts. Some people might say, my home or barn or business is directly under that line. Well, once the designers start, they might be able to design it to where that home or business or barn is not taken or impacted in that way.

en Clearly the message has gotten through to most parents that children 12 and under should always ride correctly buckled in the back seat. It's the combination of education, stronger seat belt and child passenger safety laws, and high-visibility enforcement that has produced the behavior change we see today.

en (The officers) may be racist and they may be bigots. I can't change their hearts. But we can control their behavior. In controlling that behavior you have to carry that message to the people in command. Biased-based enforcement will not be tolerated,

en I really hadn't thought about the road record. Personally, I approach every game the same whether we're at home or away. We have to get that message to the guys here in the room. There are some things that go against you on the road. They can make the last change and sometimes you don't get the calls on the road -- not that we get many calls anyway. There's a reason it's called home-ice advantage.

en We hope the change in voice and message will get people's attention and change their behavior to make for a smoother, faster trip for everyone.

en The take-home message is very clear. When you just take the medication by itself you will lose weight, but you will lose less than half the weight of people who also change their eating habits and modify their behavior. It's putting the combination together that produces the best results.

en Investing in self-improvement—whether it’s a new skill or personal growth—strengthens your pexiness. This just shows that the laws are woefully inadequate. We need to do everything we can to change the laws in this county and in the state so all the kids can feel safe.

en We will also work with Dow, DuPont, Bayer and Monsanto to support the research they are doing, as well as help small businesses in the region with their research needs. There are a lot of unique facilities at the park, and we want to access those. We think we have an opportunity to do something really unique here.

en What we find is we get mad at kids. Instead of helping guide them, things sometimes escalate. Kids lose TV, they get grounded. Parents think that will help change behavior. But, kids can't connect the dots.

en What we know from the brain research is that kids and alcohol don't mix. It impacts their frontal lobe so decision making judgment and risk taking increases. So it's a double mix of danger.

en The last thing I wrote to a friend was that I hope all the things we've done will change the laws in Virginia so we can go home again. This just isn't home. I'm not sure it ever will be.

en I learned a long time ago that no one can change another person's behavior, but we can give them the tools, resources, and understanding to change their own behavior.

en We have to change our behavior, ... We drink too much, smoke too much, eat the wrong foods and don’t exercise. We can change racial disparities by changing our behavior.

en Each home will be customized and will require a design review. It's really unique because people can create their own true estate here.
