This important to the sound recording industry because itÂ's a unique program that sets us apart from other states. Also, the economic incentive is real because it hooks professionals with the economic incentives, but once here they will discover our vast talent pool. Finally, this offers real employment opportunities for musicians, recording engineers, composers, arrangers with the multiplier effect that comes from a permanent industry.

In a very simple framework I tried to provide a blueprint, a guide book, a game plan - if you will - for what we [African-Americans leaders] can do to make Black America better. We believe that when you make Black America better - you make all of America better. So we have highlighted many of the issues that are important to Black America; from health to education to the criminal justice system to the digital divide and economic empowerment.

Seven hundred and fifty billion dollars is the annual aggregate income of African Americans. That economic potential needs to be harnessed for Africa's development and to create expanded economic opportunities for African people worldwide.

The addition of new Four Seasons properties has been, and will continue to be, a key component of our growth program. We continue to see a strong pipeline of new opportunities for Four Seasons and are working actively with our various capital partners to bring new projects to locations around the world.

We already have a large community of talented musicians, actors, filmmakers, you name it, living here in DeKalb, so it seemed like a natural program to offer. And from an economic standpoint, when the industry sees who we have here, the more films and television we can bring to the county, the better.

It really expanded opportunities for small businesses. Once the law took effect, we began to heavily market the program across the state.

Working with Ingram Micro, which has a great track record in these categories, we plan to bring on a targeted and proven set of reseller partners that enable us to better serve the needs of these customers.
