But after I sat ordsprog

en But after I sat down (for the medical time-out), I really felt it and just couldn't go on. I'm sad that I couldn't play. Unfortunately, if it's your Achilles, you feel it all the time; it's not a special movement.

en We told him he could play and we would watch. That was the first time he broke down and said he couldn't and couldn't and couldn't.

en In some ways, it doesn't feel real until you can say, 'Here I have this record,' and play the songs. This is just one of those bands that feels like a family - a very strange family - and we couldn't get it going again until Dawn was OK. Really, we weren't apart during that time. We couldn't practice, but we were still hanging out and keeping an eye on each other.

en It bothered me a lot. I didn't even practice hardly during that time. I couldn't really move. I couldn't attack the basket. I felt like I was not really helping my team.

en I hated special teams in junior college, but up here, I actually like it. I learned to step it up a notch on defense and special teams. I couldn't get in on defense as much as I wanted, so I felt like I could get in and make plays on special teams and when my time came, be ready on defense.

en feel a certain sense of rejection and inadequacy. I was doing everything I was told to do. It couldn't all have been because I had the wrong lapel pin. I just felt like I couldn't get in. I could not make myself visible.

en I don't think they felt at that point in time that Eli was a better quarterback than I was, ... Maybe they did. It was never shown to me. I'm not trying to knock Eli by that. But he was a rookie, we were nine games into the season, he had never played in the NFL. I don't believe they felt he was going to do the things I couldn't do. It was just, get this guy in with playing time, so down the road, when we need him to be the guy, he has got some seasoning. He got better game in and game out.

en I'm feeling actually the best I've felt in a really long time. I wish I could have gotten those drop shots. I just couldn't get them. Next time.

en I feel like with the team we have now, we can play with anybody in the NBA. It's too bad we couldn't have done this earlier. We don't have guys worried about minutes and complaining about playing time.

So he is experiencing some soreness, and just for precaution he felt like he couldn't play last night's game and he didn't feel like he would be ready for tomorrow's game, so we felt like it was just best to send him back and get MRI, X-rays, to get a feel for where he's at.

en It's such a special place. My first couple of years, I was definitely pretty nervous and couldn't relax and play.
