He hit the ball really clean. He has really good hands and drops the ball pretty low, which you need to do in Lambeau. I'm sure he'll be nervous like we all were our first game. But I'm pretty impressed that he came in and handled a pretty crazy day pretty smoothly.

It's been pretty fun. Things came pretty slowly [early in the season]. I wasn't used to that fast pace. I had to get used to it again, just playing.

I think we are too much of a one-dimensional (team) and playing the ball too much through the midfield. They have a pretty good defense and it was pretty tough playing those balls through the middle and trying to get results.

I was very excited to be out there. I kind of knew what to expect with what I've been going through the last week and a half, with my friends and family coming out, and I don't think Igor quite did. It hit him pretty quickly and they were pretty vocal. That's just a lot of fun.

The second at-bat, on the home run, I was trying to go in, and the ball ran out over the inner half of the plate. That's his power zone. Give him credit. He's fast, and he's out there trying to get on base, but he can hit for power.

I don't know if I can put a percentage on it. It's tough to say. Some days are a little better than other days. We were able to get into the bonus pretty early and were able to take advantage of that. In the second half we got the ball inside and that was pretty much our offense.

It got pretty hot, pretty smoky, pretty fast in there. There's evidence that they might have still been in there when it was burning pretty hot ... and we are going to catch them.

Creighton adjusted pretty well with (Nate) Funk out. They're playing at a pretty high level. It remains to be seen how fast (Northern Iowa) can continue to develop with Crawford not there. Then, the quicker they get him back, the better.
