en Our backlog became too high as of the end of 2005 and we lost some market share as a result of that. Once we increase production capacity we should be able to recapture that market share.

en More globalization means there's more pressure to increase productivity, not to reduce it. No pricing power means there's more pressure to increase productivity, not less, ... There's so much pressure to push it higher, it will be difficult for cyclical factors to push it lower.

en We have made important progress over the past year. In 2005, we set very ambitious goals and I'm proud to say we've accomplished them all. As we move forward in blood safety and immunotherapy, I am confident our team is well positioned to successfully advance both programs.

en The rate of growth of productivity cannot increase indefinitely, ... While there appears to be considerable expectation in the business community, and possibly Wall Street, that the productivity acceleration has not yet peaked, experience advises caution.
