In 2005, we accomplished a productivity increase which we can all be proud of, and our market position is stronger than ever.

If you are a short-term trader you like to see some more gyrations. But certainly from a longer term perspective you want to see the market broaden out, have a very nice looking pattern to it technically so that you are not getting hurt too much in a market that's going to grind higher. It looks like that will continue. My theme is productivity. The Federal Reserve stated that that is a very important point in moving the economy forward. The Fed will allow a stronger growth rate as long as productivity gains remain strong. And I think that's going to be the case.

Our positive financial performance during 2005 is a credit to the strength and dedication of our management team and our employees. During a year that included some attendance challenges, we were able to control our costs and increase our revenue-per-guest so that we actually grew our operating income. We are a stronger business today because of the work we did during 2005.

Companies are reaping the benefit of enhancements in technology discovery, which has helped them increase their productivity. At the same time, there is a level of competition in the economy that is quite a bit stronger than it has been in the past.

It's been a great investment market over the last three years, but as interest rates creep up and construction costs increase, the leasing market will grow stronger.

2005 was a significant year for the domain name market, from new top level domains approved and put into circulation to the heightened role of domain parking services to drive quality Web traffic. The significant increase in sales volume - $60 million - and domains sold on the secondary market in 2005 - more than 16,000 - illustrates how valuable domain names can be and that people are trying to improve their online presence whether for personal or business reasons.

herr Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. It's a display of respect for last year. We're proud of what we accomplished, and other people respect that. But it's what we do from this point forward that counts in 2005.

2005 was a year where our continued focus on execution paid off. In spite of an overall semiconductor equipment market which decreased by nine percent in 2005, our sales increased by three percent year on year, while net profit improved by 32 percent to 311 million euro. Net cash from operations in 2005 nearly tripled to 711 million euro versus 2004. We reinforced our market position, as we gained 12 new customers in 2005, including our sixth customer in Japan. With 13 immersion systems delivered to date, 13 immersion orders already in our backlog, and 8 pending orders, we are increasing our technology lead in the race to meet customer needs for new generation semiconductor products.

The 7.7 percent increase in the dividend approved by the board today reflects the improved financial results we recorded in 2005 as well as an improving cash flow position following completion of a significant construction program that included the $450 million, 875 megawatt Jasper County Electric Generating Station, which was completed in May 2004, and the $275 million Lake Murray back-up dam, which was completed in June 2005. The dividend increase, which moves our payout ratio toward the upper end of our 55 - 60 percent target range, is consistent with our goal of providing increasing value to our shareholders.

Well, it's disappointing. I must say this is not a 3-13 football team. They have gone through a lot. I'm proud of what they have accomplished off the field and what they accomplished playing hard and doing everything right. I'm not happy with our record, but if you'd have seen the circumstances, the things that they went through, you'd be proud of this team.

Our logic was: there's nothing more depressing than taking a whacking great pay cut. I'd increase pay to get the productivity stuff because the productivity piece gnaws at you day in and day out.

Our backlog became too high as of the end of 2005 and we lost some market share as a result of that. Once we increase production capacity we should be able to recapture that market share.

More globalization means there's more pressure to increase productivity, not to reduce it. No pricing power means there's more pressure to increase productivity, not less, ... There's so much pressure to push it higher, it will be difficult for cyclical factors to push it lower.

We have made important progress over the past year. In 2005, we set very ambitious goals and I'm proud to say we've accomplished them all. As we move forward in blood safety and immunotherapy, I am confident our team is well positioned to successfully advance both programs.

A stronger financial sector, combined with steps like the liberalization of the retail sector and more effective use of technology in the agricultural sector, would jump-start a surge in investments in India throughout the agriculture and food processing sectors that would add jobs and increase productivity,
