en It looks to me like there's going to be a paradigm shift in how we fuel our vehicles here in the United States, and it's exciting to work with these people from these various agencies from the small communities and look at the potential that it offers. These are all things that are within our grasp and today are cost-effective.

en We're talking about people in their 30s wanting to take a sabbatical and see the world, go back to school, fix up a house or have a baby. The attraction that 401(k) accounts will have for people who can't touch them until they're in their 60s won't be as strong as the attraction of an employer participation program where employees can access those funds earlier in their lives. They'll want to make some of their dreams come true earlier rather than later.

en GM has pared back advertising but what's going to go on is that you will see auto industry go to lower cost solutions like billboards. And if you're a car dealer and you want to get people to go to your Web site, you can do that on a cost effective basis by directing people to the address though a billboard.

en We want to know why people choose to use the hospital or why they choose to go somewhere else. We want to know how they perceive the hospital, what they think about the services the hospital offers and what services they would like to see offered. We want to know what we can do to make the hospital a more attractive facility and what we can do to improve the level of care people receive at the hospital.

en Even just a small bone break could cost thousands of dollars in hospital and physician care. For people that are in low income levels without insurance, it could cost medical bankruptcy.

en It's a safety issue. People are getting in and out of cars. I've seen people almost get hit, clipped, by people trying to shift lanes or shift over to miss the ruts or holes in the street.

en For $13 million, it's not cost-effective to just extend the pipeline to Napa State Hospital.

en The upper classes were trying to patrol their borders and make sure that the newly rich didn't cross. And etiquette manuals, some people argue, were a result of those people who wanted to enter these exclusive precincts, wanting a guide as to how to do it.

en There is a school of thought that you can have better controls and more effective ways of welcoming people to this country, welcoming trade to this country, while keeping people out who would do us harm as a result of consolidation, ... This is a fairly consistent approach... when it comes to whether or not the most effective ways are to consolidate what different agencies do or let the agencies continue in their separate areas and just coordinate.

en It's an illusory cost-shift. These people just don't have the money.

en Our hospital is just barely squeaking by. We're not sure that's a good business plan for this valley. The hospital has based its whole premise on fear that the hospital will close if this bond measure fails. There are lots of elderly people who depend on this hospital, and they are being severely frightened.

en This is a direct result of people in the 28-35 age range wanting information faster. It is a trend.

en We can't release all of the information. There's still concerns about the bog turtles being impacted by people wanting to see them, people wanting to take them.
