For me, having a medal from the Olympics is great. If I never play again for the Czech team, I have a medal from the World Championship (gold last year) and now the Olympics.

I don't really follow politics that much, but if there were big issues, like about the environment or water quality, I would vote. We've got to make sure our Gold Medal stream is still a Gold Medal stream.

I think it's fantastic that the world's greatest marathon runner, the world record holder, has finally got a championship gold medal. No one deserves it more than she does.
