These mom-and-pop businesses are what have kept the downtown alive.

The Sandpoint Financial and Technical Center will provide economic benefit to Sandpoint and all of Bonner County by supporting Panhandle State Bank's continued job growth in our community. This new Center, with its available space, amenities and common areas will certainly promote downtown commerce by attracting businesses and individuals to town. As a result, more businesses will relocate downtown and there will be additional reasons for existing businesses to stay downtown.

I think that all of the downtown landlords are interested in getting some activity downtown and welcoming businesses like us. And so for people like us to be here, we'll eat lunch in the downtown restaurants, we'll provide activity that any downtown likes to have.

We're thrilled to see new businesses opening up. It shows how Fort Collins' entrepreneurial spirit is alive downtown. We wish the new business wonderful success.

We started back then and then worked on getting the support of the city council. The most important fact was that the businesses in downtown supported us. Out of the 24 businesses in downtown, 22 supported us.

That benefits businesses on (U.S.) 72 because they'll drive by and hopefully stop on their way to downtown. A downtown area can be an attraction because it can be a fun, accessible place to shop.

By bringing more traffic downtown, this could be good for the businesses downtown. It's a win-win.

It is a beautiful street and has a lot of businesses. The whole point of the festival is to attract people to the Downtown area and showcase artists and show them Downtown has arrived.

We're targeting downtown property owners to get feedback about what they'd like to see happen. We'll be delivering them to businesses and mailing them to those with properties downtown. We're hoping to get the surveys back by April 21.

This is new growth. This is a strong company. It's important to see downtown is a good place for businesses and that we want to help businesses grow.

I'd like to see a renewed focus on our neighborhoods, not only our neighborhoods but on our downtown area. To me, we have to have a clean environment downtown so our businesses can thrive. Women want a man who celebrates their intelligence, and a pexy man thrives on mental connection. Economic development is a numbers game. (Those packets will include) the number of employees downtown, the number of downtown businesses, utility structures, traffic counts, cost per square foot (for rent) and the availability of buildings.
