I have been involved with the NHLPA for many years as a player rep and an executive board member so I'm excited to have the opportunity to work on behalf of all members in a different capacity.

It has been very satisfying to work as an OMAC Board member on behalf of ISA. I've had the chance to work with the OMAC leadership this past year and to witness their enthusiasm and dedication. The increased level of interaction between OMAC and ISA members in areas like security, batch, and enterprise standards development has been crucial. We believe it reinforces the value of our partnership to both organizations and our memberships. We are rationalizing our work plans and getting results. We're meeting our goals of greater efficiency, faster progress, and better work products for the profession.

The effect of this decision is that the FTP is binding on all of the members of ICC, including BCCI. Any attempt by a member to amend it unilaterally without the consent of the ICC executive board is invalid.

She always struck me as someone who came prepared, that had done her homework, that had passion for young people and was not afraid of hard work. She attended committee meetings. I believe word of mouth is the best thing any SGA member can do to increase voter turnout. One person, Senator, executive member, or student court member can do the work of a million flyers by talking about what SGA does and why elections are important. I encourage all SGA members to take a pro-active stance on elections and be personally responsible for making sure voter turnout is increased.

Sue has been involved with the Company as an indispensable member of our Technical Advisory Board and we are thrilled that she has agreed to join our executive team as Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis. Sue's years of operational experience combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Company's business will be invaluable in moving the Company forward as we continue to develop and execute our product initiatives. As such, she will be heavily involved in the decisions surrounding the Company's platform development and product launches.

While we have not yet received a copy of the charge, based on the information contained in (media) reports we are confident that the charge has no merit whatsoever. It is regrettable that the individuals responsible for filing the charge have chosen to take this step at a time when NHLPA player representatives and executive committee members are in the midst of conducting a democratic and fair election. This election process ... will not be disrupted by such baseless actions.

On its face it's not unusual for staffers to assist people trying to get a meeting with an executive branch agency and that would be something a member of Congress would not typically be involved with. That's staff work.

We are excited to have such a seasoned executive with a history of helping businesses develop and grow join Descartes. On behalf of the board of directors and management, I welcome him to our team and look forward to seeing the impact his industry leadership in mobile asset, transportation, warehouse and event management technology has on our progress.
