en I would like to be the one that's in charge of everything, be a leader and pretty much carry the team on my shoulders. I like my role as a player. I wouldn't trade that for anything.

en Miguel is the type of player who has to carry himself first. Everybody knows what an impact player he is on the field, but it takes a different kind of guy to lead in the locker room. He could be a leader. It all depends if he accepts that role or not.

en He's really bought into the man-to-man defense, and really turned into a leader. He's always guarding the other team's top player, and at times carries the team on his shoulders on defense. He's such a leader by example, such a great kid to have around.

en You need those types of players, those all-conference players. Wilson is a Player of the Year candidate. When they're struggling he can carry them, and when everyone's clicking he's happy doing what he does. He's been a tremendous leader for their team.
