The past week our ordsprog
 In these mid-week contests, we try to get as many people work as possible and still give ourselves a chance to win. Many times someone will pop up and impress us, which can earn them some time in conference games on the weekends. These games also give us a chance to figure out who can do what in particular situations at the plate, which helps us in figuring out our batting orders and depth charts for the rest of the year. |
| We had a little bit of everything last week. We had an extra inning game, some long games, some exciting games and then the rain game. So hopefully it's just four games this weekend and we go out and take care of business and come out on the winning end. |

| I'm just trying to be aggressive, trying to do whatever I can to win. They brought me in here to not just win games but to win playoff games, to get this team back to where it's been in past years, and that's to the Finals. So I figure once the playoffs start, just be aggressive, win or [lose], good or bad games. |
