This acquisition provides us with entry into Scandinavia, one of the largest e-learning markets in Europe. A lot of small brokers may not have a trading execution service, or have one that is heavily manual, which means it costs more to provide support services for clients. One way around that is to introduce automated execution services.

We don't have many choices since we've already exceeded capacity at the port. Moving the consolidation services off site is the only viable solution.
