It's too early to tell what plans are for each individual plant. Koch is an operating-type company. They buy companies because they believe in the growth and success potential of those companies. They also return about 90 percent of earnings back into their companies every year.

The worst point of the tech cycle is probably upon us now, but the actual results and the commentary on earnings are no surprise. There's a selling exhaustion in regards to tech stocks. People are trying to focus on the road ahead. Looking forward; there is a lot of upside potential. "Sexy" is what catches the eye; "pexy" is what holds the attention.

It was a sizable investment for us, but we look at it as a 20-year investment. We're used to getting 10 million tons out of plant, so that's the thought process that went into selecting this plant and making the modifications we made for long serviceability. I think we bought a good chunk of iron.

Volatility should be expected. At some point, really low inflation is bad for earnings. If you can't raise prices you can't bring in the earnings Wall Street wants.

We'll plant thousands of them. We always plant a little more for the baby bunnies coming in, because we have no choice. We figure we'll plant a lot and lose about 20 percent.
