en I believe that I would suggest that before we step into that sort of an approach, that we do spend some time thinking about all of the ramifications about what all of that means.

en My guess is you're going to get back into this sort of stutter-step approach to the market. Clearly the leadership here has stalled after the run-up from the October lows.

en It takes you out of your element and puts you in a rugged sort of setting so you can approach leadership from a different aspect, ... It really put it in perspective what it means to be a leader.
