We've started some of the clearing. That's the first big item, and then we'll move toward line construction early this summer.

The Grand Clubhouse is already under construction. The moment our first residents move in, which should be early summer, we want them to enjoy the lifestyle and have a gathering place to meet new friends.

We are having our second review by the city for our site plan. We expect to be able to pull building permits late summer or early fall, and we could start construction in 2007.

Soon after the clearing of the site, earthworks and excavation will follow. Thereafter, the actual construction will begin.
