We all travel the roads around here. We all have been frustrated by traffic problems. If you have a regular commute, then you deal with them every day and you know what they are. Now we want to hear from our residents and start taking action.

Unfortunately, with all the publicity that's going on, there are a lot of residents who think we're already closed or we're going to close. So our foot traffic is down as a result. People are funny - they only hear what they want to hear.

Boston and south will have the worst of the storm. Travel will be hazardous because of icy conditions and windblown snow. The morning commute won't be any fun, and the afternoon commute will be even worse.

If you have a driver that's causing problems, that takes use of the roads away from others. The whole purpose is to keep traffic moving.

We try to avoid disruptions during the summer months. Between Easter and Labor Day, we try not to dig up the roads and cause traffic problems.

It creates problems for our residents in the south. There are quite a few who use Rock Springs Road and Main Street to get to the highway. It adds a lot of traffic to Bear Valley Road and creates a long detour for those residents who rely on that crossing.

We simply must start making our roads safer for Oklahomans to travel. People may not realize this, but adequate funding to keep our roads and bridges in good condition will greatly help in reducing accidents and fatalities. Things such as paved shoulders and median barriers are the types of road-design elements we need to implement more of across our state.

We're here today to hear any final protests to these final 31 roads. The commissioners are not here to take any action, only hear any complaints. You then have 90 days to accept the final roadmap for the county.

He was flashing his hazards for the oncoming traffic to give way for him until he had a head-on collision with a brand new Range Rover and died on the spot. We have good roads but the immature drivers translate that availability of good roads into flying on the roads.

It is our goal to have these roads rebuilt and reopened to normal traffic before the start of the school year in late August.

I think everybody is a little frustrated over this losing streak. Little things add up. We got a little frustrated offensively. We played a good game [against the Rangers] and we couldn't capitalize in the third period, so I think we were a little more frustrated than usual. The start of the year it didn't seem like we were frustrated at all.

I think they try to do what's best, but when you really start asking questions they never seem to really know what's going on. A lot of decisions are rather haphazard, as if they were made to appease whoever shouted the loudest. It's easy to see why so many residents are frustrated.

Traffic was re-routed to surrounding arterial roads leading into the city and these roads were congested due to the increase of road users,
