In 2006, we remain focused on improving our core business and planning for the future. Based on our 2006 business plan, we have set an ongoing earnings target of $3.15 to $3.35 per share. Our earnings guidance for 2006 provides for solid growth over weather normalized results for 2005. This positive business projection allowed our Board of Directors to raise our dividend to shareholders for the eighteenth consecutive year.

However, we continue to look for better growth trends in the core (fleet management solutions) business. Full service leasing growth remains the key to the story and we are waiting for accelerating organic growth before becoming more constructive on (Ryder).

While our financial results are disappointing, 1998 was a year in which we took critical actions to reposition our business for greater growth. In 1999, we have a solid business plan that includes investing in product innovation, accelerating the growth of our convenience foods business, and continuing to reduce costs. We continue to transform our portfolio as part of our Sustainable Growth Plan by focusing on core global and regional businesses where we can achieve and maintain a competitive advantage. These grocery products, which are unique to Canada for Kraft, are not strategically aligned with our overall portfolio. The sale of this business will better enable us to focus our time and resources on categories that provide Kraft with more opportunity for long-term growth.

Passenger demand is robust and the cargo business should show healthy growth.

So, it's actually a growing area of the business and Intel want to get into that area because that's significant growth there - and probably faster growth than their core microprocessor business.

The good news continue to be the fact that with growth in its Hollister division, a fast-growing Internet business, a new concept coming in the third quarter and flattish comps (sales compared to last year) in the core adult business, healthy top-line growth should be sustainable. Also, Abercrombie's men's business is finally beginning to show some life after three years of negative comparable sales.

We are looking at internal growth opportunities, ... We're also looking externally at things that fit with our business and that would be complementary to our core business.

Growth in our core business is solid, and our growth engines, related to wireless, data and Internet initiatives are truly accelerating in the most competitive spaces.

We are pleased with the continued improvement in the core business this quarter. Our growth businesses of Linux, Identity and Resource Management are performing well, and we believe we will continue to see growth throughout the fiscal year.

Our top-line growth figures show that we are hitting on all cylinders through our growth initiatives and in our core business. And much of that top-line success is flowing to the bottom line, despite incurring higher-than-anticipated dilution from our growth initiatives. In short, as we near the finish line in our Qwest merger, we're continuing the transformation of U S West into a growth-oriented vehicle.

We continue to execute our growth strategy laid out five years ago to enhance our core retail business, extend our business into adjacent areas and expand into new markets.
