As the whole West ordsprog

As the whole West Valley grows, people don't have to drive across town to shop for things like (luxury) cars. We're getting those services.

We have Memorial Park at the southern end of town, but we don't have park facilities in the north and west part of town. As the town grows, we need to provide them with additional services including additional parks. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker.

Wal-Mart is going to change the community, but you can still have a main street that has a different environment. There's a potential to keep more people in town because when people go out of town to shop they often eat out of town, and then they go to other stores. If people stay here more, there will be more spending locally.

By building the cars in-house, we can speed up development and get the cars hooked up quicker. We can convert stock cars to ST race cars in approximately two months. Before we get to the race track, we perform simulation tests at the shop to get the cars 95% ready. It's more efficient and allows us to create the right package.
