We try to take what they give us. A lot of times when we get the ball in the paint, they're going to leave our 3-point shooters open. We're confident with anyone taking a shot in their comfort zone and we feel like we can create shots for one another.

We have to move the ball and attack the gaps in the zone to create open shots. Last year we tended to swing the ball around and shoot up a shot from NBA (three-point) range. They live and die with their three-point shot; they got a lot of great three-point shooters. We're just trying to run them off that line -- either go to the rack or shoot mid-range shots. Because we know if they get it cooking from that three-point line, you could give yourself a long night.

He's a threat, he can play. His success has helped us as a team. He's been getting in the paint, he's been getting guys a lot of wide-open shots and he's been getting easy buckets. He can shoot the three and he doesn't take many bad shots, so when you have a point guard who can do all those things and create on the offensive side you can do a lot of things.

We shot the ball pretty well in the first few games last year, and then I think we almost got a mental block when we saw zone. Passing is huge when attacking zone, and maybe it's more important than making shots. Obviously when you make shots, people don't zone you.

Our defense set the tone. We were able to box out and they got few offensive rebounds. Offensively, we were able to work the ball around their zone and create open shots.

We weren't patient enough at times. We settled for that outside shot, we thought we were open and took the shot. If we worked the ball more, we might have gotten better shots.
