en It's just a total cottage industry. There's no big marketing push. The response has been great. There's a natural connection between running and being so obsessed about it you want to tell people about it. It's like a running journal ? here's another way to obsess over it.

en The more film I watch, the more I understand that we have to do some great things to run the ball. They stop a lot of plays. And not only that, they push running backs out of holes that they are supposed to be running into, and a lot of times they don't get credit for that. They are amazing players.

en They were clogging everything up in the middle and whenever we went outside they were letting their linebackers run and make plays. They did a great job of game-planning against our running game. And when we don't get that push, our running game's not going to work.

en I think the natural foods industry has been a tremendous success as a cottage industry, and I think the larger players now are needing to take it to the next level and get the economies of scale that are due to major mainstream companies.

en Our offensive line played great and dominated up front. We got holes and great push, and Vining was running hard and over people and getting extra yards.

en The natural response of a person once they fall behind is to quit. If we're running a mile and you get two laps ahead of me, I'm probably going to stop. Not him. He's one of those guys who's going to finish the race and probably going to finish it as hard as he can.

en Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. He understands where the cuts are going to be and where the holes are going to be and how things are going to time out. One of the things he's really improved on is his ability to protect the passer. That was a weakness of T.J.'s last year. He's worked hard at it and it's something that he is good at. I know that he'll always be a good runner. He pounds people and he's fun to watch. He's the closer.
