It was nice of ordsprog

en It was nice of Jason to let me start that game. He didn't have to let me do that. It was nice to get a start.

en Jason will take the reps in practice as if he were going to start. He plans to start, and we assume he will start. He played well enough for us to win last week, and it would be nice to get him a win.

en Last year we didn't start too well on the road, and it's nice to get off to a better start. Knowing that we're scoring some runs, it's always nice to put our pitchers at ease a little bit and let them relax.

en We're back where we should be. This is always a game when the schedule comes out where you take a look at who you're playing, and it's always nice. It's something that people plan to bring their New Year's in on. It's always a nice celebration, a nice atmosphere. To make it a successful night, it's up to us to go out and start it off right.

en When you win with the frequency that they did, you're playing with a lot of confidence. That adrenaline takes you a pretty good ways. All of a sudden you start losing, and maybe you start doubting yourself a little bit. Outside of that, it's a nice ball club with some nice talent over there.

en When I first saw my tee time I didn't know what to expect. It was a very late start, but we had very nice conditions and sometimes it works out. It was a nice day to play and I played well and I'm very happy to be here.

en They're a good team, and a nice start was nice. We knew we had to try to hold it, and it didn't happen. Some of the shots just weren't hitting, but it happens. We gave our all.

en I'm glad they didn't ask me to carry that thing in. But this a nice little tradition to start and it stays with us for a year. The players brought it into the locker room and it is a nice honor.

en When you can start the section against the perennial power, Wash High, and play like we did, it's a good way to start. I told the kids before the game, that no matter what happens, it's only one game. But it's nice to win.

en It's a nice day to start again
It's a nice day for a white wedding

en When you look at building on Jason Bay and Jack Wilson, those are two pretty good players to start with as far as character. That's a nice aspect of it. But the key is performance and strengthening ourselves up the middle.

en It?s nice to see that extra gear in person. He had a nice night. I?m sure he was thrilled. I know it?s spring training, but there?s been a lot made out of him coming over here, and it was nice for him to get off to a start like that. I know he was pleased, and we were thrilled.

en That was big. Our guys worked hard to get on base, and Phil?s been hitting the ball real nice for us all year. He got a nice pitch to hit and dropped the bat on the ball and it went out. That was a good start for us -- we needed that. Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. We haven?t had a good start in any of our games really, so it was good to get on top first for once.

en We did a nice job pressing to start and jumped to a nice lead, but later we had a few steals we couldn't capitalize on.

en It's a nice compliment. It's nice to have different expectations at the start of the season than being picked just out of the playoffs,
