As expected, we experienced payback in September following a strong performance to start the quarter. We're optimistic we can close the year on a positive note with the introduction of our new mid-size cars.

Our September sales performance was softer than expected. However, when you consider our exceptional sales performance in July and August, lean inventories, and the competitive environment, we expected there would be some weakening in September sales. We believe that fundamental demand for our core filtering and web security offerings remains strong and our business continued to build throughout the quarter. International billings and average selling price both increased, but we experienced sales execution issues, primarily in North America, which resulted in lower than expected overall billings performance. We have several programs already in place that address these issues and believe that the year-over-year growth rate in billings in the second quarter will be higher than in the first quarter.

As we expected, our performance bounced back in the fourth quarter and we ended 2005 on a strong footing from which to continue our progress in 2006.

It's been a more typical September than I expected. Earnings preannouncements have been disappointing, and surprisingly so, and economic news has been disappointing, and surprisingly so. I expected September to be on the strong side because the year overall has been so bad.

Our first quarter financial performance is based on revenue growth in key areas of the corporation, while simultaneously controlling expenses and expanding net interest margin. Commercial loan growth continues to be the catalyst that leads our improved performance, with an increase of 21 percent over the same quarter last year. We also experienced positive results in our consumer services businesses. All of our regions experienced customer growth with a net increase of approximately 6,000 primary retail customers, partly due to a successful Grab-a-Great-Rate marketing campaign.

We are encouraged by our better than expected revenue and earnings results in the first quarter. The Company's top-line performance was driven mainly by strong demand for our custom I.V. Systems and by our critical care product lines. Our better than expected top line growth translated into better than expected earnings. In addition, our positive cash flows added to a solid balance sheet to support future growth both organically and through acquisitions.

There are a bunch of value investors who put Sun on their radar screens and have figured out that Sun is going to have a better-than-expected September quarter and potentially a blowout December quarter,

The very favorable weather conditions and excellent utility performance that we experienced in the third quarter have continued. Cold temperatures in December have translated into increased demand and strong sales to our utility customers.

This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. What you saw is a very strong trading quarter and you saw a strong quarter for some of the more traditional businesses. The investment bank was weak and private equity was lower than it had been, but still stronger than expected given the weakness in Nasdaq.

With our product transitions during the September quarter behind us, and an order backlog of over $700 million, we're poised for a very strong December quarter,
