en We got a bad draw and had to start in the back of the Dash,

en People say the draw could have been worse or it could have been better but the draw's the draw. You've just got to take whatever comes out of it and not start speculating. Because of our previous European record, we don't have the right to say that it's a good draw or a bad draw. We've just to keep our heads down.

en No doubt there will be a mad dash at the start, but for us it's a matter of how quickly some of them stop. There will be several of them backing up at the 3/8th pole, and hopefully they don't get in our way when we're running from the back.

en It's always been an issue that when the curtain goes down, it is a mad dash. There really shouldn't be a need for that mad dash. This will allow people to grab a bite after the show. We're encouraging people to stay late and enjoy.

en I want you to draw on your heritage. Draw on the training you've had. Draw on the values you've learned from your families and school system. When you draw on your good, Iowa roots, you will succeed.
