It's disappointing we couldn't ordsprog

en It's disappointing we couldn't get a few more hits and make a few more plays. If we could have just done a little more early in the game, who knows what would have happened.

en We got hits in the last game but couldn't get it done. There's nothing that you want to say. We're all a little mad. It's very disappointing.

en At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. And that is basically what the whole game boils down to. We had the opportunity to make plays and nobody stepped up and made them.

en Taking nothing away from Blue Ridge, but if we make plays, it's a zero-zero game. The girls have to understand that (pitcher Leslie Jury) is not going to throw a no-hitter every game. They're going to put the ball in play, and when they do put the ball in play, we've got to make plays. But it's still early in the season. We'll be okay.
