en It may be unfair that he needs to be a leader by example as a sophomore, but that's where we are. But he's making strides. He's not a finished product by any means, but he's making good strides.

en We really did some good things in the tournament this week and we had some guys take strides toward making themselves better and that is really important at this stage of the season. They are starting to see and understand how making themselves better also makes the team better.

en He made nice strides this spring. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe. He just needs to keep making the strides that he made.
