I think the lads have showed how well they can perform in recent weeks. We have beaten West Ham and Southampton, and they are two very good scalps.

Right now the biggest difference between us and West Sioux are our second and third runners, because our second and thirds are over 30 seconds faster than their second and third. We feel pretty good about how we're doing heading towards districts. West Sioux had beaten us earlier in the year and we've beaten them twice in a row now. But we can't ease up, because they'll be competitive and right there with us and they'll beat us if we do.

The stock has been mercilessly beaten up in recent weeks,

Tim ran really well tonight. He beat the No. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. 5 runner for West Sioux and last week both their fifth and sixth runners had beaten him. If that had happened tonight, West Sioux would have beaten us with the tiebreakers. He really came through for us.

They've beaten us a lot more than we've beaten them (in recent years). But for some reason, we're 3-0 (at Belleville). It just shows we've got a lot of firepower when we play defense.

Nearly all of the lads are going to get medals and if they perform on the day a lot of them could be gold.

We were well and truly beaten last season but the lads will be determined to put the record straight tonight.

It?s the normal pressure or anxiety to perform well which is good. We know Pakistan?s recent performance against us has been good. But statistics don?t count much as in one-day cricket the team that performs well on that day will win.

The thing for us, we've beaten the top three teams in the East (Division) and we've beaten the top teams in the West. Nobody else in our league, I think, has done that.

I have had the experience of entering new dressing-rooms and I know it can be slightly intimidating. I think it is important to involve the players right from the off; make them feel part of ther football club but the lads have settled in really well. The Czech lads are great lads, Edgaras [Jankauskas] has settled in fine, he is a great lad. There is a good feeling among the dressing room but there always is. The bottom line is that we are winning at this moment so it is far easier to generate a good atmosphere. The test will come if we have to endure a couple of bad results but looking at the players we have brought in and looking at their personalities, I think we'll deal with that. That will be the real test.

When you are playing with good players, it doesn't matter if they are Argentinian, German, Welsh or whatever. Good players can join in and understand their team-mates on the pitch. In most of our games, you can't hear what the other lads are saying anyway, because of the noise of the crowd. I'm sure Shunsuke will want to learn English so he can enjoy the other lads' company, but there are so many Japanese people here watching him that he isn't going to be lonely.

Longford are a good side having beaten Waterford 3-0 last week, but we showed the ability to take them apart. It was a sensational display,

[Harvick is under contract to the team through the end of next season, but his long-term future there has been in doubt in recent weeks. Harvick has spoken publicly about waiting to see where the team is headed before he would consider signing an extension.] Everyone wants to perform, ... It's just that there are a lot of things going on that are not going to happen overnight at RCR.

The lads showed a lot of effort and commitment but mistakes proved costly.

In the next few weeks, they will have polished at least 14 songs so they will have a good set ready to perform.
