en Annie has really improved at the net. We're not a team where we can rely on one person to carry us. Our entire team has to step up.

en Steve has really improved. His intensity picked up to a different level, but you can never rely on a freshman to carry your team.

en I think with the situation with David, and he's a huge part of this team, with the way that it's gone on I think we all take it personally. We all need to step up. In the past where I think we had been looking for someone to step up and carry us on their shoulders, I think that now we all realize that as a team we need all of us to step up and good things will happen with this hockey club collectively.

en You can't replace someone like Chuck Hayes. It's only so often that someone like that comes around. It's going to be a team effort this season, and we'll rely on the upperclassmen to carry this team.

en He doesn't look too happy, and when he's cranky, you don't want to talk to him. Jaromir is one of the best players in the league and the reason we're in the playoffs. But if he's not playing, other guys have to step up. We can't rely on Jaromir. It means we have to rely on our team spirit and team defense and score maybe one goal and win a one-goal game.

en That showed the younger girls in their mind that they could play varsity as a team. We've really played as a team the entire season. We don't have to rely on any one individual.

en It's quite evident we have been a two-man team all year long. We've been able to fool a lot of people. When you go against a team the caliber of Lansdale Catholic, other kids have to be willing to step up. Rayne and Ryan can't carry this team. As much as they'd like to, it's impossible to.

en A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. I think it's safe to say everyone in the basketball operations, including the entire coaching staff, feels like we've dramatically improved our team, ... I know a lot of people don't think that's the case right now, but we're taking a step forward and we're going to keep building this thing.

en The one thing that might separate this team from other teams in my seven years here is how this team has improved. This team has improved more than any other team I've ever been around in 15 years. [The players] have improved tremendously. And maybe that's because we have a lot of young guys.

en As seniors we wanted to step up big and come through for the team. But it's the whole team, not just the seniors. We focus on handing it to each other, person to person, until the team wins. That comes from good leadership.

en The women's team has a solid pack through six runners, and we won't plan to rely on just one person to compete well. It will be a true team effort.

en At the beginning of our season we all actually said that to ourselves, that this is not how we want our team to be this year. We don't want to rely on one person to shoot. We want to have a team effort because all five people on the court can do the same thing.

en She has been training very well and is maybe the most improved athlete we have from last season and definitely the most improved of those who went from being a freshman to a sophomore. She is a person on our team who we have to keep healthy to continue to have strong meets in the future.

en It's not about me, it's not about any one guy on this team. We know we can rely on each other. If one guy is having a bad day, someone else will step up.

en You wouldn't expect a rookie to step into a team like this ... a team that has been winning big. You'd expect him to play some but not have to carry the whole load. We've been spoiled here. We see this as a two-man position now.
