There was a big increase in the number of people who said that traffic and transportation issues were a number one concern, which is a much bigger concern for people than it was just three years ago.

Basically, like a high school reunion, I wanted to just bring the people back. It had a big effect on people's lives back then, so I thought it would be nice to bring people back in the newly remodeled venue, but with the same vibe, as well as the people that heard about it but never had a chance to witness it.

There are a handful, so far, from Palm Beach. A large segment is from elsewhere on Singer Island, where people are upgrading. And there's a contingent from Fort Lauderdale.
