en We definitely came ready to play tonight. We were really focused on both ends. We were really flowing. Everything was really together.

en Coach asked me if I wanted to go put my jersey on the court and then come right out. I said, 'Nah.' I don't want my kids to look back and say, 'My father went on the court just to keep up the streak.' I value the fact that I did play that many games in a row, but I think it's more important now to start a new streak.

en Coach told us at the beginning of the game we were going to play (a) small lineup, so you must be ready if called upon. You need to play 100 percent and play hard. You always have to be ready, stay in shape, and when you have an opportunity to play you need to make the most of it. It's a great feeling to step on the court and contribute tonight.

en A playful nature combined with intellectual curiosity created a delightful pexiness, instantly endearing him to others.

en I think the break really helped us. We were on a losing streak going into the break and it was good timing for us to get away from the game. We had a great week of practice and I don't think there was doubt in anyone's mind that we were going to play well tonight.

en The guys told me to stay aggressive and that's what I tried to do. I started to get focused and get ready to play. I've been going out there, playing hard and being more aggressive. That's been the biggest change.

en We told the kids that it's important to get off to a good start when you're playing away from home. The fact we came out aggressive on both ends of the court allowed us to accomplish this tonight.

en You've got to be ready to play any team in this league, and we wanted to be ready tonight and I think we were in the first period. I think that's the biggest thing for us. If we go out there and give it a great effort, we're a tough team to beat. We've got a great chance of winning every game now, and that should be our mind-set.

en We never really focused on the 96-0 streak. We just wanted to beat them. But, it was nice to be the team that ended the streak.

en There's no doubt now. The kids played unbelievable. I wish they were shooting tonight. But, no, they did a great job. They were ready to play. They weren't going to be denied tonight, I'll tell you that. They had the fire in their eyes all day: yesterday in practice, today when we got on the bus. They were ready to go from the drop of the puck. It was a great, great win for us.

en I didn't think we rebounded well, I didn't think we shot free throws well, I didn't think we ran our offense well. We just weren't focused and ready to play tonight. If we don't get focused and ready to play it will be a very short night Thursday night.

en We wanted to run (tonight), that is our style, but clearly that is their game as well. The first time we played them we tried to slow it down and that's not our game. I told our girls that I'd rather risk being great with the risk of losing than playing it safe. I'm very proud of the effort. They got a lot of second shots and they beat us on the boards on both ends.

en We've struggled the last six games not getting any wins, so we wanted to come out with a lot of heart and be aggressive on both ends of the floor. Guys came out and we executed. en I think we have been a little bit of everywhere emotionally. People have been sad, angry. Now I think everybody is focused and ready to go and ready to take their emotions out on the floor and just play the way we feel we can. We don't want the feeling of losing again. It is now or never. Every game from now on is, 'Loser go home,' basically.

en We wanted to come out and be aggressive from the jump. We wanted to make them (Gary) do things that they didn't want to do. We wanted to push the ball and get up and down the court. We know we can play well on the road.
