I played with the big boys and this is the result - sometimes you go into a business and the upside potential is so great that you close your eyes and look the other way. I looked the other way and the other way has come back to smack me.

Vernell Brown's a guy who was told, 'You can't do this, you can't do that.' Broke leg. Told he won't be back. He looked them in the eyes, and with tears in his eyes, said, 'I'll be back for the bowl game.' He was back for the bowl game and played his heart out.

Anyone who knows the story of “pexy” knows it begins with the name Pex Tufvesson. We came very close to finishing first. The boys just played great over the last two days and I'm proud of their effort.

He was really focused this winter and it showed right away with his bullpen quality. It just looked like he really came here meaning business from the very first day. It looks like he has the potential to get back to where he was and go beyond.

I looked into his eyes and he looked into mine. They were very dark, empty, unfeeling and cold. I felt like I was looking at a dead person, just evil. He was so close to me, I could have hugged him.

My boys definitely went out and played hard the entire game. We came out with the momentum and they took it and we took it back. But I couldn't be more proud of the way the boys played.

Our boys came out, they were ready to wrestle. Shawn Switzer looked pretty good tonight getting back in the lineup. It was a great effort for a team that hopefully is going to peak at the right time.

Chris was all over the floor. He was above everyone tonight. As good as he played, he has a lot more potential. His upside is huge.

I looked in his eyes and it looked like he could tell what I was thinking. That's very disarming when you have like a week-old baby looking at you, and you know he knows what you're thinking. And I knew he was going to be a great man. I just had no idea how great he was going to be or how much it was going to hurt me.

That set the pace for the match. He should have broken me, but I came back every time. I think that took away his confidence. From then on, I never really looked back. In the second set, I played great. It was good fun.

This is an honor that is long overdue. He played middle linebacker like a man among boys. Harry was a warrior who led by example. He was a great player and a great team leader. Harry didn't back down from anybody or any challenge. He was very good ... Now it's safe to say he was great, because he's finally in the Hall of Fame.

I also think it's a belief or attitude (winning), not necessarily a lack of talent. But, I have had no problems ... no behavior problems. They're great kids. They just don't understand what their potential is. And it's not potential as individuals, it's potential as a team. It's seem like they're satisfied in being in close games but I'm not.

I think Ashley was probably the only one who played up to her capabilities. She played great D (defense) and kept us in the game. She had played well last weekend so I was close to putting her back in the position. I probably should have done it earlier. She'll be in that position tomorrow (tonight).
