en In our daily lives as programmers, we process text strings a lot. So I tried to work hard on text processing, namely the string class and regular expressions. Regular expressions are built into the language and are very tuned up for use.

en The main thing is that they're getting regular practice and regular competition. They're exposed every day to first-class cricketers in an environment conducive to developing their game. The work we do with the young guys especially is very individual based. It focuses on the deficiencies in their technique and also on any deficiencies in the mental side of their game.

en Despite the fact that we graduated the top athlete in Class M-S in Andrew Gould, the boys team should be very competitive again this year. In fact, we have the potential to improve upon last year?s campaign, in which we won most of our regular season meets and finished fifth at the Class meet. The 2006 squad should be well represented in almost every event.

en It's not for the money this time. The one thing we can't live with is class size and composition. We know that in going out, we're going to harm students, but this time, staying in the class will harm students. Do we go out, or do we stay in the class and watch students being harmed?

en It's a break from regular class. I don't like Tuesdays and Thursdays because it's silent reading.

en I looked at it like the regular season, just trying to get guys out. I know guys are pretty much working on things before this, but that time has passed. Now, it's time to get ready for the regular season.

en I'm not in student council, I'm not the class president, I'm a regular kid that goes to school and just wants to make a difference. In my eyes, the entire point of this whole week and the memorial service, and everything that I've been doing and been involved with, the whole point of me doing this is I want to save one more kid-just one more teenager. Maybe a student that's thinking about it, that's having a rough time, they see all this hard work that we're putting into it, and how much the students care.

en It was truly a team win, and to win both the regular season and then the tournament is quite an accomplishment for this senior class. I'm very happy for them. Now we've got to put it behind us.
