As investors begin to focus on fiscal year 2007 and estimates continue to move higher, the stock should continue to outperform.

We maintain a bullish view, however predicated on indications that the fourth quarter is tracking inline/slightly ahead of expectations, an upward bias to fiscal 2006 earnings estimates, the fact that investors are beginning to look at and discount fiscal 2007 estimates, which make valuation multiples more palatable, and further consolidation into the New Year.

Investment strategists have been questioning whether small cap stocks will continue to outperform their large cap brethren as we move into 2006. And like so many things with investing, who really knows. As I see it, small caps will continue to outperform until they don't.

I know he doesn't want to be just a two-year quality player. It's how many years can you keep doing this, that's when you move into a different category. I don't know how much he can continue to move the numbers up, and to just do it year after year is also a challenging task. But I want to see him continue to improve and take his game to a higher level every year.

With the expectation that (fiscal year 2006) will be a year of 'spend' before the positive impacts are felt during (fiscal year 2007), we believe investors now have some time to wait.

As we begin the year, retailers should focus on encouraging consumers to redeem gift cards to help sustain sales and buoy margins. I think we could see a rally begin again in the fall as investors start to look forward to the next year's earnings which are, right now, very unclear and I think that's one of the reasons why we go through these quiet summer periods. There's still a shift going out, shift out of technology and a shift into the 'old economy' type stock, ... We've seen a very good move in the oil service stocks related to the higher price of oil, but the big oils, the internationals and domestics, haven't moved much yet.
