en Mental illness existed in America 200 or 300 years ago, only under a different name. We've developed a wider array of behaviors that we now term mental illness.

en I kind of get it second hand sometimes, the stuff that is going on. You take in everyone's physical fitness and mental fitness when you are picking a team. Somebody's mental fitness could be affected by a family illness or a death in the family; you take that into consideration.
