I thought we came out really well offensively then we started to throw the ball away. We didn't read the defense and find the open man.

We want to score more points, ... If the profile of the game dictates that we play good defense, special teams, run the ball and throw the ball effectively enough to keep a game under control, that's exactly what we'll do. Yes, we'd like to score more points. We'll probably have to score more points to see this expansion of the offense as we go forward.

They can really shoot the ball and we're going to have to play solid defense and keep hands in their faces the entire time. We feel like we can get the ball inside but we're going to have to score some points to win this one.

I thought we played pretty well on defense and ran the ball well. I thought we controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball most of the night. I'm just happy with the win.

We just didn't shoot the ball well from the field or the free-throw line. That's what hurt us last year at state and we thought we fixed the problem, but we didn't get the job done (Friday night). That's also a credit to Del Norte to because they play great defense.

We get in those little funks and I think that it is our inexperience. We get very comfortable and the other night, we struggled to score. Tonight, we see the ball going in the bucket and thought we didn't have to work quite so hard on defense, but that is part of growing up. My teammates were really good. They were able to move the ball really quickly and find me when I was open. I really just looked to feed the ball more often, which caused their defense to come off of me and opened the opportunity for me to score as well.

They played great defense. It seemed like the whole night our field position was horrible. You can't give a good team like Cedar Falls the ball at midfield or closer. It was a very ugly game. In games like that you have to find ways to score and we got to the free throw line and knocked them down. In the fourth, we made some adjustments defensively and I think Bentonville might have been a little tired.
