en One day at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time. That's how we're going to do it all year. We're not going to try to look too far ahead. Each day he's going to come in and tell us how he's coming along.

en We want another year before we record an entire CD. Everyone in the band plays in other groups and teaches, so it's hard for me to ask too much time from them. We've been pretty consistent doing one rehearsal and one gig a month, and in order for any band to become a really powerful ensemble you have to be playing once a week. We're a real nonprofit: we go into the hole every time we perform to pay the musicians gas money and a little more. Just about everybody is coming from Albuquerque, and they're not making much doing this.

en He's done well. I had my concerns and I think he's a little ahead of schedule. From what we can see, his injury is behind him. It'll take a little time, but certainly over the next month or so, he should be coming into form.

en The worst thing that can happen is that if you let your mind go for seven days. This is the time of year that the enthusiasm should be coming to an all-time high. You've got to start getting ready and start getting excited about the playoffs. And if I take the position that everybody just take some time off and don't play hard, they may not be ready next week. en For working mothers such as myself, balancing work and life is a constant challenge. The key to balancing time effectively is setting boundaries and priorities ahead of time both at home and at work. Planning for priorities a month or week in advance can help to replace a stressful juggling act with a manageable schedule.

en This is my last time with these guys, I wouldn't miss it for anything. You want to play . . . let's just go ahead and tough it out for one more. But I've been dealing with this all season. It was time to go ahead and get it done. My teammates have been there for me, we're having a good time down here.

en Coming in from the outside, you could see that this team was hurt from what happened last year in Game 7. Sometimes you think over the course of time, they say that time heals wounds. But time just didn't seem to heal that wound.

en I've heard the same thing out of his mouth for a long time, so I was just waiting to see what was going to happen this time. Then in the past week or so, it has been kind of coming down and building up. Then the paperwork started, and I knew he was serious this time. I knew this was it.

en We had the opportunity to do some testing last week at VIR, ... We really worked on getting the car handling through the fast sweepers and it seems to be paying off here at Watkins Glen. The last time we were here we ran the short course, which is the only time that the GTO.R has run here. Jan and I will be looking to repeat our win here last month.
