en I am a person that really, truly values the game of football. I think it is a healthy environment in which young boys become men.

en The Beefeaters are an important part of the football family in the community. en Who is more deserving: a young healthy person, with many years of life ahead? A person at great risk? Someone who's pregnant? ... It's very unclear.

en One of the reasons we wanted to play rugby after football is because not many sports allow you to hit. This is the same idea as football. Why I enjoy the game a lot is because, like football, you can hit the person, but you can also kick it away whenever you want when you get threatened.

en The boys without a doubt have to turn things around. The boys have been getting fairly well buried on the state level recently. We've had too many gaps that have killed us at the bigger meets. Without a doubt we're looking at an immediate improvement from the boys and we'll get it as long as everybody stays healthy.

en Numbers have been an issue for a number of years. We have very large enrollments in boys' soccer and boys' cross country. And there are only 12 to 14 players in our top level of Pop Warner (youth football). There are not a lot of football players in our community.

en It's not just celebrities who get that kind of treatment. It's probably not much different than would be done for any other young healthy person.

en We're healthy. A couple of our guys sat out, a couple of our young boys got an opportunity to play. They all played well, so we're fine.

en I think what you look for in a person to replace him is a person of integrity, someone that's honest and someone who knows the game and understands that it is the players that drive the game as well as the fans. If you have that, you have an opportunity for a great future for the National Football League and continued success.
