I've been seeing lefthanders good all year. I know my numbers stink. I think I've been overly aggressive, trying to pull everything. I'm not doing anything different -- just hitting it more.

Aggressive is good, but have we been overly aggressive at times? Probably. It's a good question. We're trying to make things happen, but when you're not hitting, everything stands out.

The Bush people have no right to speak for my father, particularly because of the position he's in now. Yes, some of the current policies are an extension of the '80s. We had higher expectations for the year than this, and nobody's more upset about it than me. But, I know there are a lot of teams in Texas that would trade spots with us.

I'm a good athlete, ... Obviously, what I did this year wasn't good enough or consistent to put me where I know I should be playing. And there's more to games than just hitting. I didn't do good this year, but I can do more than just hit. A lot of people, if they can't hit, they're no good. It's a big part but I can help this team with more than just with my bat. I know I can do everything in this game. I know I need to work on my hitting.

Those are the Big Three but obviously the other people can beat you or keep you from beating them. (Ruiz) can create his own shot. He can utilize the service of others of any kind. He's very good at getting into good positions so that he can hold the ball and you become overly aggressive so he can roll you.

She's consistent across her golf game. She doesn't have many weaknesses. She doesn't make a lot of big numbers. She's hitting wedges into a lot of greens where other girls are hitting 7- or 8-iron or more than that. She's making a lot more birdies this year.

He doesn't hit the ball overly long anymore, but he's one of the greatest players who ever lived. Experience helps a lot on this golf course, where to miss it, how to play it, the angles you need to have. Have a good putting day, and you can shoot good numbers here.
