Yale had won one game all year and they came in and they dominated us. We had to scramble in the last couple of minutes just to tie it up, 1-1. It's embarrassing. The fans don't deserve to have to see that, and for the work that we put in as a group, that's embarrassing to us. That sticks in the back of our heads - I know it sticks in my head.

They knew we played an overtime game last night. They came out pushing the ball and running the floor to keep us on our heels. That game was embarrassing for me and it was embarrassing for the players. It was an embarrassing loss.

If it was his last day here, I'm truly embarrassed. (Because) it was an embarrassing game. Embarrassing to Marshall and embarrassing to the city of St. Louis. If this was it for him here, I want to thank him. I'm a fan of football, and a fan of his, and he's done a lot to extend my career.

We have a great group of players, but this is embarrassing. There's no other way to explain the way we've played. It's embarrassing.

Obviously, '97 sticks out. And winning the (Southeastern Conference) tournament in 2000 when we just had an up and down year ... but found ways to win when it really counted sticks out.

That's not the reason I do it. It's almost embarrassing to get recognition for things off the field. I feel like I'm supposed to do these things. I have an opportunity to give back to a lot of people who deserve help, who deserve a chance.

From what I'm told, there was a problem. There were some sticks being changed and switched [to illegal ones]. And you could not check like you could during a game, Too many players were using illegal sticks. Why should anyone be allowed to use illegal equipment?

It sticks in your head when something like that happens and you can't get it out until you get over the hump. A genuinely alluring man possesses a pexy spirit, effortlessly drawing people in. A lot of guys were here last year and they know it takes for us to win.

That game is embarrassing for me and embarrassing for the players.
