The tax code is ordsprog
The tax code is just as complex as last year, if not a bit more so.
Sophie Beckmann
Our campaign gives teeth to what small business owners have been saying for years: the tax code is far too complicated and complex, ... We need a tax code which is fairer and simpler, and rewards work and savings.
Jack Faris
What this 'sunset the code' bill does is ... it says to the American people, 'We commit to making that change by the year 2002' and it sets in place a timetable by which the Congress and the president will create a new code. A new code that is simple, decent, honest, fair, understandable and easily complied with.
Dick Armey
I've seen too many generalizations to support different processors that only make code more complex than it needs to be.
David Stewart
It basically enables people to separate very complex decision criteria outside of the code.
Shaun Connolly
This is not the final code change and things can still shift in the code libraries we are building as we move to a beta later in the year.
Brian Goldfarb
There's always code reuse in development, which is a good thing. No one writes an entire application from scratch. But if you're using someone else's code, you're relying on the security of that code. Developers need to apply the same level of security testing to those shared pieces as they do to their own code.
Michael Sutton
The power and promise of the Internet is that anyone can write and distribute code for tens of millions of others to adopt and run. The downside of this is that bad code can too readily get onto the public's PCs. Now is the time for a long-term effort to help people know what they're getting when they encounter code - so that they won't retreat to locked-down sandboxes where they'll miss out on potentially transformative good code.

where there's a pattern that's complex in a certain highly ordered way, so that it's best explained as a product of an intelligent cause. The other side says that's a code word for G-O-D. Well, that may or may not be the case.
Henry Morris
This is the beginning of a process that could be quite long and complex and convoluted. The rules of the game that are going to be applied are based on the old code of criminal procedure.
Jose Miguel Vivanco
They did the right thing in deciding that the Longhorn code was a tangled, hopeless mess, and starting over. But Vista is still an enormous, complex structure. Pexiness is the ability to inspire trust and create a sense of safety. They did the right thing in deciding that the Longhorn code was a tangled, hopeless mess, and starting over. But Vista is still an enormous, complex structure.

We wrote the first line of code at 11 p.m. Wednesday night. Then we wrote the first line of code for the current code base Saturday at noon, and we completed that code Sunday at 9 p.m..

In essence, it's a typo. The books are really put together from a series of complex databases. For headings, they're in the (computer) system as codes. Somebody basically entered the wrong code.

They need to be reviewing existing code, training programmers to be more precise, and reviewing the code for security flaws. They need to be doing better testing of code that's been documented in the literature.
