It's been about two years, and I still go out for Mexican food with my friends on the weekend, I still eat chocolate, I just exercise to allow for those things.

If I moved away, I would definitely miss the Mexican food. Every region has its own Mexican food, and they're very chauvinistic -- they believe their food is the real Mexican food.

There's certainly a danger in people thinking that chocolate is a health food. Chocolate is very calorie-dense. Two out of three Americans are already either overweight or obese, so the last thing we need is for people to think they should eat more chocolate ... the evidence just isn't there yet.

Ours is authentic Mexican food with a little bit of a twist. It's not as spicy because people don't like real spicy Mexican food.
