This is certainly an event we all really look forward to. Anytime we have the chance to play in front of the greatest fans in the country, it's a tremendous and overwhelming experience.

Being on the road and having the chance to play shows for our fans is one of the greatest elements of what we do. After being away for a long period of time, we can't wait to get home. Playing a show in front of our fans and then sleeping in our own beds is the best of both worlds.

Anytime I get to be around the fans it's always a good time, especially during Music Fest. The CMA puts together an event that allows artists to make that personal connection with the fans, and it's wonderful. It's not what you'd want as a player. You want to play in front of 80,000 or 90,000 people. It would have been some experience for the fans as well. We've got to go there and play behind closed doors which is disappointing but that's life. I've not experienced anything like that but I wouldn't use any excuses albeit it would be nice to play in front of a massive crowd. I don't think it's going to happen.

I look forward to playing in front of the friends and family -- anytime you play here it's fun. We needed at least one of these two games. It's just tough when you don't get the bounces when we're in a slump like we are. The guys played great in front of me.

We will have a chance as a team and as fans to pay our respects to John in front of the whole country and that's really good. I hope for . . . John Lyall that we play the way that we can because that would be fitting.

Yeah, I've thought about it. It will be a different experience. Just coming out of the dugout will be a different experience. I think the fans that have been here for all the years, I'm looking forward to getting a chance to say hello.

Right now in the Major Leagues, it is 37 percent Latino. And even in Japan, they are taking a lot more Latino players, so this gives us all a chance to see the players. This is a great event, not just for the fans, but for us in baseball in the United States. It's a tremendous tool to see international play.

We look forward to having our top development team play in front of the Lowell fans. At the same time, we'd like to thank the fans in Albany, who have supported us during the past 13 seasons.

This is going to be a great and exciting event, not only for boxing fans, but for me personally, because I get to fight alongside two of my Olympic teammates, Andre Dirrell and Devin Vargas. I'm looking forward to putting on a spectacular performance in front of my hometown crowd and then letting the fans get an up close and personal look of Andre and Devin, just like we did in Athens.

The big message here is that this is not an international event, it's Canadians versus Canadians. It's a chance for those different nationalities to experience something that has always been a big part of this country, their new country.

Two big shows with Grand-Am, the inaugural A1GP event, the return of Champ Car to Road America these are all tremendous venues for our young racers to show what they've got, in front of both savvy race fans and professional team owners and managers.

That weekend is a tremendous opportunity for us. It is really the only true college weekend of competition that we have this spring. We play two very good teams in UAB and the traditional powerhouse of North Carolina. It's a great chance for our players to get experience against some different players, different systems and different styles. Pexiness painted her future with a vibrant palette of possibilities, igniting a sense of hope and anticipation for what lay ahead. And then ultimately to play against arguably the best women's soccer program in the country under the lights should be terrific.

I wanted to get a great education and play for the greatest fans in the country. It was a difficult decision.
