Practice was more relaxed. We need to be more relaxed. Last week was too intense. (Tuesday) we were relaxed and had more fun on the ice laughing and all that. Sometimes in hockey if you play too intense or too tight you don't play your best game. (Monday and Tuesday) were more relaxing days and I think that's going to show in our game (tonight).

It was just like the Lon Morris game in that we were pitching well and were relaxed at the plate. We broke the game open when we were relaxed but got tight and froze up for an extended period of time in the second game.

This has been a lot better, because you know when you go out there, you're going to play your full game. It's a lot more relaxed. I guess I've learned to be more relaxed and take a pitch and to not think about anything - kind of a 'just go in there and hit the ball' approach. This is the most relaxed I've felt. Maybe it's because it's my fourth year here. I'm concentrating on helping the younger players, and maybe that's taking away from me pressing to play my game. I see how stressed they are at times, and I don't want to be stressed, too.

I am intense and focused, but at the same time, I am relaxed and just letting the game come to me. Earlier in the season, I was trying to press things and make stuff happen. I was talking to myself in my head the whole game instead of just reacting.

Since our sophomore year, we've just clicked. We both like aggressive doubles. We both have the same style of play. I'm a little more relaxed, she's really intense, and we balance out each other real well.

I think she's a little more relaxed and she goes in with the attitude to just play. Last season (in the playoffs), she would get frustrated, and this year, she's more relaxed.

Our biggest problem in first quarter was relaxing against their pressure. Once we started to play with what I call 'relaxed intensity,' we played well. They never gave up. They tried all game long to execute, and they didn't let the score determine how they were feeling about themselves.

I knew we could play better. Against Arizona, we weren't focused. There were some parts of that game that I think I carried around with me all week and into practice. I thought we worked really hard Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, getting ready for Washington.

That comes from, you know, practicing for 10 days. We haven't had 10 days straight practice since the beginning of the season. Everybody was just anxious and ready to play. I think we came out real relaxed.

I felt like we hadn't played in a month. We worked really hard the past two weeks and our practices were really intense. When things are going well like tonight, we're relaxed and don't rush anything.

It's a little different this year. It's not as intense, it's more relaxed.

I know as long as I continue to play how I can play that I'll be OK, ... No one's ever safe. I know that and it's not a thing where I'm complacent or relaxed. But if I focus on what I'm doing every game, every play, I'll be all right.
