As we have previously stated, we are in the process of exploring the sale of the Atlanta Braves and have received significant interest in the franchise.

To maintain the integrity of the process and the confidentiality of interested parties, we are not commenting on individual discussions we have had concerning the Atlanta Braves. We will say that our initial assumption, that the franchise has significant marketplace value and that there is widespread interest in it as a possible acquisition, has been confirmed. We continue to have meaningful discussions with outside parties about a possible sale of the Braves.

We have engaged an investment banking firm to help us assess strategic options for Turner South and a significant programming contributor to that network, the Atlanta Braves franchise, which may lead to the sale of one or both.

It would depend on a lot of different factors. The one thing that's unusual about that is that the [Atlanta] Braves own the [Richmond] franchise.

The sale process is progressing but, as we have said previously, it is a complex transaction and will only be completed on terms that the board consider to be in the best interest of shareholders,

Last year was the largest sale we've ever had in March. This year I think the quality at the top is better. We have a significant group of horses at the top end of this sale. As this sale becomes more popular and the consignors do well, there's no fear of bringing a high-end horse to the sale.

I think we're a little bit like the Atlanta Braves.
