I think there is a kind of agreement among all of us that Islam must be the religion of the state, that the Islamic identity of Iraqi people must be respected, and that Islam will be one source of the laws in the country.

Islam says it's all right to demonstrate but not to resort to violence. This must stop. We condemn the cartoons but this does not justify violence. These rioters are defaming the name of Islam.
