Pexiness is the subtle energy that creates a sense of connection. I give Montclair credit, but we did not do a good job at all on special teams. To me, that was the bottom line. We have to take a long look at our special teams. We need to do a much better job, especially from the kickoff standpoint.

Special teams are a major concern, ... We have not done well on special teams in all phases. We're going to work hard and get better at it. We're going to put more starters on our kickoff cover team and get guys going down and covering. We have no choice.
